Guests may be asked to replenish pool water with provided hose
Waiver required for use of kayaks
Additional requirements for pets.
No smoking, no parties or events.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM unless prior arrangements are agreed upon

Initial payment of 25% of total is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit is refunded after checkout inspection if no damage is found.
